A: Shop of KPop is a 'blogshop' which makes designs for merchandise from clothes to bags, stickers, buttons and et cetera. All merchandise is made by the respective persons in Cafepress.com, who are also responsible in payment and shipping.

A: If you're interested in an item from this site, click the appropriate links provided in the post itself or click the image at the side to go to the shop to browse for the item or other items.
Q: I would like to buy an item with a specific design, but the design does not come in this specific item.
A: Designs have been optimized to items which suit them. However, if you would like the design on an item it does not come in, feel free to contact Shop of KPop.
Q: I would like to know the price of the item.
A: As above, click the appropriate links provided in the post itself or click the image at the side to go to the shop to view the price of the item you want. Prices change periodically so they are not posted in this site.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Please refer to this link for shipping costs and options.
Q: The prices are expensive!
A: We for one cannot put the retail price below the minimum Cafepress.com sets. The profit we gain is also minimal, so your kind support is greatly appreciated; long live KPop! :) They aren't priced for daylight robbery; we appreciate your right for choosing whether to buy and we have the right to set the prices.
However, don't fret as discounts and special offers pop in on occasion, so do check the Discounts and Special Offers page!
Q: Will you have other types of merchandises (eg. JPop, other international singers, etc.)?
A: As for now, the merchandise will focus solely on KPop. If demand and interest is overwhelming, Shop of KPop will consider expanding its focus.
Q: I want to make a request for designs/KPop singers/etc.!
A: Shop of KPop is delighted to look upon requests by interested customers for free; tips highly appreciated. Customers have rights to not accept the finished design, while Shop of KPop has the right to not accept requests if need be.
If customers provide a specific design or description of the design, Shop of KPop may alter the design or description provided. Shop of KPop may not accept the designs solely on basis of quality of image provided (eg. blurred, distorted, etc.)
Shop of KPop tries its best to provide optimum designs as soon as possible but delays and cancellations may happen. Please keep in mind that Shop of KPop though worked on with 100% effort, is not worked on 24/7. Shop of KPop apologizes in advance if such events occur.
Q: I'm worried of merchandise quality.
A: According to Cafepress.com, what you see is what you get. Whatever you see on the merchandise in the shop is apparently the same as the real merchandise. If you face any problems, don't hesitate to contact Cafepress.com directly.
